How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

What are your shipping options?

We offer Royal Mail 24 hour and 48 hour delivery. Standard shipping is free when you spend £60. Orders before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Message us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

What is your returns policy?

Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us before sending anything back.
