SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Torx Labs. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIMES All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UK) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United Kingdom:
Royal Mail 2-Day Delivery — £2.99
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery — £4.99
Please note that next day orders placed after 3PM will be shipped the following working day.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES Torx Labs is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@torxlabs.com and we will investigate the matter with the courier on your behalf. Torx Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances outside of our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Torx Labs is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@torxlabs.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through the relevant courier's website.
